The Principles, as the guideline of conduct and basic standards for the company's comprehensive compliance management, demonstrates the international compliance layout of SVOLT on anti-bribery, data protection, export control, anti-unfair competition, ESG, intellectual property rights and trade secret protection.
We require all subsidiaries of SVOLT to strictly abide by the concept of all-aspect compliance. Following the requirements of local laws and regulations, the company will set localized compliance guidelines, and request all employees to be aware of and resolutely implement them.
